The challenges organizations face rarely fit neatly into one category. Neither will POET Insights. You might find an article about a process that creates unnecessary work, a leadership decision that looks different from the operational level, or a transformation that isn’t delivering what was expected. Another might explore customer or employee experience, business performance, innovation, AI or an idea prompted by something happening in the world around us. The subjects may vary, but the perspective will be consistent: look beyond the obvious, understand what is really happening and consider what might work better. Because sometimes a useful idea starts with simply looking at something differently.
POET Insights isn’t about adding more business content. It’s about sharing ideas that help make something clearer, challenge an assumption or offer a useful perspective. Sometimes that means an answer. Sometimes it means a better question. If it helps you think, understand or act differently, it has done its job. New ideas, observations and perspectives will be added as POET grows.
